Every change to your web shop or software follows the same fixed route: development, test, acceptance and production. So you always know what is happening, and nothing goes live without your approval.

Development
We build the change on a separate development environment, apart from your web shop. Everything is in version control, so every line of code can be traced.
What you notice: nothing. Your web shop keeps running.

Test
Automated tests and checks run on every change. Whatever fails stops there.
What you notice: nothing. Errors are caught here, not by your customers.

Acceptance
The change is ready on a copy of your web shop, where you review the result at your own pace.
What you notice: you get a link, take a look and approve or ask for a change.

Production
Only after your approval do we put the change live, always through the same fixed route, and check afterwards that everything works.
What you notice: the change is live, without surprises.
After that: monitoring
After go-live, monitoring watches your web shop day and night: availability, load time, checkout, integrations and backups. When something deviates, we get an alert right away.
Something still goes wrong?
Every release can be rolled back. We put the previous version back and find the cause before it goes live again.
