Automation and AI that take repetitive manual work off your hands
We connect your systems and automate processes that are manual today: from supplier files and stock to translations and administration. We use AI where it demonstrably saves time.
Most of the time in a web shop or small business does not go into growing but into retyping: importing supplier files, translating product texts, entering receipts, systems that do not talk to each other. A computer does that work more reliably and more cheaply. We build those integrations and processes, and use AI for the part where fixed rules are not enough, such as reading a photo of a receipt or translating a product description. Everything lives in version control, is proven on a test environment first and reports itself when something goes wrong.
Who it is for
Store owners and entrepreneurs who notice that manual work grows with revenue, and who would rather have a reliably running process than another employee for retyping.
What we help with
How we approach it
First the process that costs the most time, start small, measure whether it works and only then expand.
Inventory
Together we look at which manual work costs the most time and which systems it touches.
→Build small
We automate one process first, on a test environment, with real sample data.
→Run alongside
The first runs happen under supervision: we compare the outcome with what your team would do itself.
→Scale and monitor
Then we switch over and monitor the process, with alerts when something deviates.
What you get
A process that runs without anyone having to think about it, and that you can understand and have adjusted.
Pricing model
A first automation is usually a defined project at a fixed price. Ongoing integrations can then be taken into managed service on a monthly basis, including monitoring. In a short call we decide what fits.
Frequently asked questions
Anything that recurs often, follows rules and is manual today: processing files, moving data between systems, translating or enriching texts, sending notifications. If something does not fall in that category we say so honestly: sometimes manual work is simply cheaper.
No. A lot of automation needs no AI at all and is then more reliable and cheaper. We only use AI where fixed rules fall short, such as reading a photo of a receipt or translating product texts.
Up front we record which data goes to which service and whether that fits your GDPR obligations. Our own infrastructure is in the EU. If you do not want data sent to an external AI service, we look for a solution without one.
Usually yes, as long as there is an API, file exchange or database export. We build integrations with marketplaces, carriers, payment providers and accounting packages, among others. For a specific system we first check whether it is technically feasible.
Every process has monitoring and alerts, and where a mistake would do real damage you keep an approval step. Everything is in version control, so a change can always be rolled back.
